(A)Beveled Right-Angle Tee Connector

Insert the a1 beam pipes into the a1 holes of the Beveled Right-Angle Tee Connector A. Make sure the spring buttons pop out through the holes to securely lock the pipes in place.

(C)Beveled Right-Angle Tee Connector

Insert the a1 beam pipes into the a1 holes of the Beveled Right-Angle Tee Connector C. Make sure the spring buttons pop out through the holes to securely lock the pipes in place.

(D)Beveled Right-Angle Cross Connector

Insert the a1 beam pipes into the a1 holes of the Beveled Right-Angle Cross Connector D. Make sure the spring buttons pop out through the holes to securely lock the pipes in place.

(F)Reinforcement Connector

Insert either end of the A1 straight pipe into the A1 or A2 hole of the F (Reinforcement Connector). Ensure that the spring ball pops out through the hole to secure a firm connection.

(G)Reinforcement Connector

Insert the remaining end of the A1 straight pipe into either the A1 or A2 hole of the G (Reinforcement Connector). Ensure that the spring ball pops out through the hole to securely lock the connection.

H(Straight Connector)

Insert both ends of the A1 straight pipe into the H (Straight Connector), ensuring that the spring ball pops out through the hole to securely lock the pipe in place.

(B)Beveled Tee Connector

Insert the a1 beam pipes into the a1 holes of the Beveled Tee Connector B. Make sure the spring buttons pop out through the holes to securely lock the pipes in place.

(E)Beveled Cross Connector

Insert the a1 beam pipes into the a1 holes of the Beveled Cross Connector E. Make sure the spring buttons pop out through the holes to securely lock the pipes in place.

Canopy Rod Holder-1

Slide the 6 canopy rod holders onto the bottoms of the 6 uprights in sequence. Ensure that each base sits flush with the ground and that all uprights remain vertically aligned.

Storage Bag

This storage bag is designed to neatly organize and carry all essential solar canopy accessories, including connectors, wind ropes, and stakes. Made from durable, wear-resistant material, it ensures convenient transport and effective protection of components during storage or travel.

Wind Rope

Tie 10 wind ropes to the rope holes on the A (Beveled Right-Angle Tee Connector), C (Beveled Right-Angle Tee Connector), and D (Beveled Right-Angle Cross Connector). Make sure each rope is securely knotted.

Sunshade Curtain

The sunshade curtain is designed to be installed around the sides of the solar canopy, providing additional shade and privacy. It effectively blocks low-angle sunlight, reduces glare, and enhances comfort beneath the canopy. Made from UV-resistant fabric, it offers reliable protection while maintaining airflow.

With an outer diameter of 25 mm and a length of
900 mm.

Straight Pipe-1160

With an outer diameter of 25 mm and a length of
1160 mm.

 Extension Pipe

The extension pipe is designed for ground-level column support, allowing height adjustments to accommodate uneven terrain. It features a two-section telescopic structure with an outer diameter of 30mm and 35mm, and a total length of 1160mm.

Ground Stake

Insert 12 ground stakes into the small side holes of the 6 canopy rod holders. Use a rubber mallet or wooden hammer to drive the stakes into the ground to secure the base and enhance wind resistance. (Avoid using a metal hammer to prevent damage to the uprights.)

Tool

This tool is specially designed to assist in pressing the spring lock buttons when assembling or disassembling the canopy frame. It helps release the locking mechanism with ease and protects your hands from direct pressure. Ideal for quick and safe pipe removal during setup or takedown.
